Organic fertilizer fermentation refers to the process of using microbial activity to biodegrade organic waste such as animal manure and urban sludge, transforming them into organic fertilizer and achieving harmless treatment of "turning waste into treasure". The organic fertilizer produced can be used in soil improvement, organic vegetable cultivation, landscaping, and other aspects.

Traditional organic fertilizer fermentation uses stack fermentation and tank fermentation. Due to its drawbacks such as long fermentation time, large land occupation, and low automation, tank fermentation technology is now more mature on the market. Tank fermentation can achieve one person operation, 72 hours of complete fermentation, fully meet environmental requirements, and transportation and maintenance are convenient and fast, greatly improving production efficiency and making industrial production of organic fertilizer more practical.

The main body of the organic fertilizer fermentation tank is made of stainless steel material and high-temperature biological bacteria technology, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, long service life, low energy consumption, and high degree of automation. It saves land area and reduces the area requirements for equipment installation. The fermentation tank is suitable for various animal feces; Organic waste such as pig manure, chicken manure, cow and sheep manure, and crop straw and urban sludge can be harmless treated within 7 days, reducing pollution and meeting the requirements of major aquaculture and environmental protection enterprises to achieve waste resource utilization.

The production principle of high-temperature aerobic fermentation tank: The required materials for fermentation, such as sheep manure, chicken manure, or sludge, are mixed according to certain fermentation requirements such as carbon to nitrogen ratio, carbon to phosphorus ratio, water content, and bacterial strains. They are transported to the fermentation tank by a conveyor and quickly heated and stirred to kill pathogenic bacteria and weed seeds in the organic matter. After reaching a certain temperature, the equipment starts to operate. Under the action of microbial strains, the fermentation is completed through 72 hours of rapid decomposition, corrosion, and other processes to produce organic fertilizer.
