Pre sales service

1. Customize drawings according to the owner's own conditions, based on the owner's purpose.

2. Enable the owner to fully understand the production process flow 3. Provide free planning, design, on-site guidance, and factory equipment for customers 4. Organize three factory inspections, and invite the owner to conduct three factory inspections during cutting, production, and factory delivery to ensure consistency between the owner and the process 5. Contact freight vehicles for customers in accordance with contract requirements, and save costs for owners as much as possible 6. Contact the customer in advance and inform them of the delivery time


After sales service

1. From the date of sale, our company provides a one-year warranty for all types of equipment.

2. During the warranty period, if there are any quality issues with the equipment, our company is responsible for free maintenance and replacement of parts, without the need for customers to bear any costs 3. During the warranty period, if there is any equipment malfunction due to manufacturing or installation quality issues with the equipment or materials provided by us, we will respond within 2 hours after receiving notification from the buyer and negotiate with the user. Within 48 hours, we will provide free troubleshooting, repair or replacement of parts, and bear the transportation, insurance, installation, testing and other related costs incurred due to the replacement 4. For specific users of the customer, our company provides free on-site training on operation, simple troubleshooting, and in-depth technical development, ensuring that equipment users can master the usage technology and perform simple equipment maintenance and upkeep 5. The after-sales service department conducts a monthly telephone follow-up 6. Technical engineers provide on-site services once a year (including overall maintenance, technical explanations, and operational guidance) 7.
