The Shaanbei Sheep Breeding Base has purchased a JM-116 model aerobic fermentation tank. Based on similar equipment at home and abroad, and according to the different organic content of livestock and poultry manure, improvements have been made to develop an aerobic fermentation treatment equipment for livestock and poultry waste, reducing environmental pollution, extending the industrial chain for farmers, and increasing product added value. This provides a solution for the treatment of livestock and poultry manure. Compared with traditional fermentation methods, it is mainly reflected in the following aspects:


1. Tank sealing:

The tank adopts a fully enclosed type, and the fermentation process is not affected by natural environmental temperature and humidity, making organic fertilizer production meet industrial production standards, preventing the leakage of fermentation waste gas, and eliminating secondary pollution


2. Insulation treatment:

Polyurethane is used as the insulation layer inside the tank, which is less affected by external factors and ensures fermentation throughout the year.

. Simultaneously improving energy utilization efficiency to achieve energy-saving, consumption reduction, and rapid fermentation effects


3. Long service life:

The inner walls of the tank are all made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.


4. Electrical control:

Adopting a PLC chip automatic and manual combination control system, it is convenient for operation and control, and saves labor costs to a certain extent.


5. Land saving:

This equipment adopts a three-dimensional design to save land use area.


6. Environmental design:

The waste gas treatment system can effectively remove harmful gases such as ammonia generated during the fermentation process, and the fermented organic fertilizer can be applied to farmland and orchards to improve soil and increase fertility.
